Step 1: Contact us by phone, email or by filling out a request form on the 'Contact Us' page.
Step 2: Let us know what you would like to accomplish. No dream is ever too far away.
Step 3: We will find a Fabulous Mentor that fits your needs and get back to you in 5 business days or less!
Step 4: Your M.F.M. Associate will tell you all about your Fabulous Mentor and connect you directly to that person.
Step 5: You simply set your Mentorship up with your Fabulous Mentor and your future days will look like this:

Day2: Student Project(s)

Day3: Critique and Questions

Day4 & 5: Possibility Days

The definition of a Mentor is a teacher, a guide, an advisor. It is important for our integrity that we choose Mentors who feel as strongly as we do about giving young people an opportunity to make their dreams a reality – someone who is passionate about bettering our world. The importance of Mentors on a volunteer basis is paramount for the success of this program. The role of a Mentor can make a difference in the life of a young person in their quest for personal growth and career success.

1.      Enroll: Go to the 'Contact Us' page to enroll to be a Fabulous Mentor today! As an enrolled Fabulous Mentor you are immediately placed into our database and matched with a Fabulous Mentee as soon as possible. In order to protect all parties involved, you will need to sign a Reference Release Form and a Liability Release Form. We request that these be signed and returned before you begin the Mentorship (this will be included in your Mentor Packet).

2.      Contact: We will contact you with the name of your Mentee. The Mentee is responsible for taking initiative in contacting you and scheduling the Mentorship days. The Mentorship will begin within 3 business days from the date of the first Mentee/Mentor call, except in special circumstances such as holidays or previously scheduled vacation days.

3.      Mentor: The Mentorship program is to last a minimum of 3 business days, and a maximum of 5 business days. As a Mentor of your career field you will have the flexibility to teach, guide, and advise your Mentee in the way you feel is best suited to the needs of you both. You will be given a Mentor Packet that will provide you with a plethora of information to make the absolute best of your Mentoring.
